Capoeira in Berlin – Movement, Acrobatics & Music

Capoeira is an Afro-Brazilian martial art that blends movement, acrobatics, dance, music and culture into one practice. In our Berlin Capoeira club you will learn the fundamentals of capoeira: the basic movement vocabulary (Ginga, Esquiva, Au and other floreios), kicks, acrobatic elements, musical instruments (Berimbau, Pandeiro, Atabaque) and songs in Portuguese. Capoeira trains coordination, strength, flexibility, rhythm and body awareness – and it’s a lot of fun.
